Willard S. Evans, Jr. is the former president of Peoples Gas and North Shore Gas, regulated natural gas utilities now owned by WEC Energy Group. Will retired as President in September of 2014 and was responsible for the strategic, tactical and operational direction for natural gas operations in Illinois. He provided overall leadership for managers and employees and was responsible for implementation of corporate initiatives and operational plans.  Since his 2014 retirement from Peoples Gas, Will has been providing strategic consulting in energy and engineering.  Will holds a Bachelor of science in electrical engineering and a Master of Management degrees from Northwestern University. He is a member of the Business Leadership Council, American Association of Blacks in Energy, the Human Relations Commission, Village of Skokie (Chair), the National Association of Corporate Directors, Northwestern Club of Chicago and the Kellogg Alumni Club of Chicago. Will also is the Chairman of Chicago Commons.


Joseph Feldman is President of Joseph Feldman Associates, a business development consulting firm focused on acquisitions and other strategic transactions. Joe has completed assignments for investors and operating companies in various sectors, including consumer products, healthcare, financial services, industrial services, and retail, among others. Joe serves as Executive-in-Residence for UChicagoTech, the technology development and commercialization group at the University of Chicago. His corporate experience includes nearly 20 years with Monsanto, NutraSweet, and Searle in finance, strategy, operations, international, and business development roles. Additionally, Joe has served as VP Corporate Development for First Genetic Trust, VP Business Development for Chromatin, Inc., and co-founder and Managing Director at Sandbox Industries. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in economics from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.


Stuart Frankenthal is President of Jass Realty Company, LLC, an industrial and commercial owner and lessor of real estate. The real estate was part of operating companies that he purchased when the companies were in economic trouble. Stuart’s 34 year career has included general management, turnaround of underperforming businesses, strategic and operational consulting and business valuation. After practicing law for over a year he purchased Louisville and Cincinnati Auto Auctions in the early 80’s. After growing these businesses he sold both auctions and related entities to Manheim Auction, a division of Cox Enterprises. Stuart is a graduate of the Brandeis School of Law at the University of Louisville and a member of the Kentucky and Wisconsin Bar. He holds a B.S. in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University.  


Steve Ginsburg is co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Running Away Enterprises, LLC (RAE), a Chicago-based multisport retail and race management company. Steve co-founded the Company in 2001, and together with his partner, they have expanded to two retail locations in the Chicagoland area and have grown to become one of the nation's largest race event management companies. Steve's prior experience includes three years with accounting firm Checkers, Simon and Rosner, and 13 years in the Global Investment Banking division of Oppenheimer & Co. Prior to co-founding RAE, Steve started and continues to operate a company focused on the manufacturing and sourcing of product from overseas vendors and suppliers for North American companies. Steve holds a Bachelor of Science in Business degree from the University of Wisconsin.


Jonathan A. Shapiro is Co-Chief Investment Officer of Kovitz Investment Group, LLC (KIG), an investment management firm providing asset management services and solutions to high net worth individuals and institutions. In October 2003, Jon and his partners founded Kovitz Investment Group, applying the investment methodology pioneered by Benjamin Graham and further developed by Warren Buffett and Charlie Munger. Prior to founding KIG, Jon served as a Portfolio Manager at Rothschild Investment Corporation in the firm's Investment Management Department, as an Analyst at Vector Securities, and as a Management Consultant with KPMG and Towers Perrin. He has been featured in various publications including, Crain's Chicago Business, the Chicago Tribune, and Value Investor Insight. Jon graduated from Carleton College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics, and received his MBA from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business with concentrations in finance and accounting. Jon is a CFA Charterholder and a member of the CFA Society of Chicago.
